I'm certified by a highly respected San Francisco school and I
use a combination of Swedish, Esalen, Deep Tissue, and Sports Massage to reduce stress and relieve aches and pains. Of course, this mixture of body-length strokes, kneading, stretching, and targeted pressure simply feels great!
You may find a session to be spiritually uplifting, but I don't
consider my approach to be at all mystical, metaphysical, religious,
astrological, or even sacred. I won't force you to breathe with me or hold crystals, I don't
chant or channel, and I don't burn candles or incense.
